Complaints

The Trustee of the I-REIT takes complaints seriously and aims to resolve them as quickly as possible. In the first instance, if you have a complaint, then you should notify the Trustee immediately using any of the following contact details:

Once the Trustee receives a complaint, it will acknowledge it as soon as practicable and investigate the complaint with a view to resolving it and responding as soon as possible. If you are not satisfied with the Trustee’s response, then you may be able to refer the complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service, an external complaints handling body of which the Trustee is a member. The role of this body is to provide an independent assessment of your complaint. The Financial Ombudsman Service can be contacted on 1300 780 808 or by writing to GPO Box 3, Melbourne Victoria 3001 or by fax on 03 9613 6399.
