Mr Lovell has developed a professional career as a senior executive and non-executive director with over 20 years’ experience in real estate, investment management, banking, risk management, corporate governance, management consulting and engineering. He has also had extensive voluntary involvements in for-purpose enterprises in education and Indigenous Australia. Geoff is currently the Vice Warden of St Paul’s College at the University of Sydney, having previously worked at Macquarie Group Limited (2001-2015) and Lend Lease Corporation (1997-2001). At Macquarie Geoff held a number of positions including Head of Commercial Property Lending and Chief Executive Officer of Macquarie ProLogis Trust, a property trust listed on the Australian Securities Exchange. Geoff is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Chairman of the Australian Indigenous Mentoring Experience (AIME), a Vice-President of Sydney University Cricket Club and a Member of Council of Shore School. He holds first class honours degrees from the University of Sydney (in Civil Engineering) and the University of Oxford (in Philosophy, Politics and Economics).
